Appointment scheduler
The appointment scheduler built into CostManager is ideal for the service oriented company. It is designed to be run with either existing jobs created in the main program, or new jobs created whilst the customer is on the phone.
You can easily schedule the job to any employee and either print the job sheet, email it (Microsoft Outlook required), SMS the basic details (SMS service required) or send to a remote unit (CostManager remote license required) The job schedule is colour coded to easily view the status of jobs
You can easily add/remove or move jobs from one employee to another. It is also an easy task to increase or reduce the length of time allocated to the job.
You can view or print daily and weekly reports and either email or print daily running sheets for your employees.
All this adds up to a simple yet powerful appointment/job scheduling addition to the CostManager program.
